Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from at checkout, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. The shipping cost is based on the shipping option you select and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The order total must meet the minimum requirement after all discounts have been applied.

Shipping Carrier: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. The carrier used for your shipment will be based on your shipping address and the shipping option selected at checkout. 

Shipping Timeframes/ Delivery Time: The delivery time varies based on the shipping option you select and your shipping address. Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. For USPS Priority,  please allow 3 business days for delivery once item is shipped. For USPS Ground Advantage, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery following order processing. Items shipped through UPS, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Business Days are Monday - Friday. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. We are currently working to offering products to Mexico and Canada in the near future. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that you provide a secure and accurate shipping address to avoid any delivery issues.

All Sales Are Final: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement.
