Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Contact us through our contact page with your design idea, and we'll work with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.
What customization options are available for the name plate keychains?
Our custom name plate keychains offer extensive personalization:

Do the lid toppers fit all Stanley cups?
Our lid and straw toppers are designed to fit 10mm straws, which is the standard size for Stanley cups and most 40 oz tumblers. They're also compatible with other popular brands like Yeti, Simple Modern, and similar tumblers with 10mm straws.
Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
No β hand wash only. Custom tumblers with sublimation prints, vinyl decals, or decorative finishes should never go in the dishwasher. The high heat and harsh detergents can damage the designs. Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our product collections, select the item you want, choose your customization options (color, font, text, etc.), and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since our products are custom-made, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but all orders are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely. Add a note during checkout if you'd like us to include a gift message.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Since all products are handmade to order, please allow:
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for custom items
- Shipping time: 3-7 business days (standard shipping within the US)
- Total estimated delivery: 8-14 business days
During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated on your order status.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items β please contact us to inquire about international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we'll make it right β either with a replacement or a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package all orders carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange my item for a different design?
Since our items are custom-made, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to discuss an exchange. We'll do our best to work with you.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my custom tumbler?
For the best results:
- Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water
- Never put in the dishwasher
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers
- Dry thoroughly after washing
- Remove accessories (toppers, straws) before cleaning

How do I clean my beaded pen?
Gently wipe the beads with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid getting the pen mechanism wet. Store in a dry place and avoid dropping, as some beads may be delicate.
