Tiers are based on your annual spending. Once you hit the spending threshold for the next tier, you'll automatically be upgraded and receive your new benefits.
Do my points expire?
Points remain active as long as your account is in good standing. Tier status is evaluated annually based on your spending.
How do I redeem points?
