Shipping Information
Processing Time
All Kre8tive Soul products are handmade to order. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

During peak seasons (holidays, Teacher Appreciation Week, back-to-school), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, please contact us with your order number.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Products Policy
Because all Kre8tive Soul products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Please double-check all customization details (names, colors, fonts) before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right! Here's what to do:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We'll review your claim and offer either a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items (like sublimation prints or ready-made products), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us to initiate a return.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible.
- Before production starts: Full refund issued
- After production has begun: Cancellation may not be possible for custom items
We start production quickly, so please reach out immediately if you need to make changes.
Additional Information
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kre8tive Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Tracking your package regularly
- Providing a secure delivery address
- Contacting the carrier if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it
If you're experiencing issues, contact us and we'll help where we can.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order has shipped.
